  1. I do a lot of this myself! It really works. I’ve been diagnosed with autism, ocd, bi-polar, adhd, among other things. It took years to learn how to cope. But I’m successful today . And I try to pass on my experiences in hope of helping others! 👍

  2. I want to reveal an important relief I obtained from severe satanic attack, what most severely harassed mental patients experience (I used the truths about what Jessie Penn Lewis would call "your refusal" to accept what satan would want you to receive  and accept from him".  According to Mrs Penn Lewis "whatever you take anything that comes from satan", (like  the telepathic reading of a person's mind, that many people have been participating in) "whoever accepts anything from satan, allows him to power on that person who accepts and/or uses it".  It can go so far as to damn any one who gives satan enough grounds to do so (2nd THESSALONIANS 10, 11, 12, 13).
There was a time about two decades ago, due to exceptional persucation by  whoever satan found handy to do so, satan was constantly harassing me, in the ugly tormenting way many mental patients are aware of…I mean constantly, all the time…the moments were very difficult.  I learned to refuse his ideas, just as much as he was constantly presented any vexing idea.  I would reject that idea.  I recorded the words I use to reject each attack he presented, on a electronic digital recorder, or mixed  it with  the Christian music I love to listen to.  I kept it always repeating any reject of satan's idea it took to make his harassment stop. The attacks of ideas satan sent, was so continuous, It help to  hear the recorder say "shut that", "shut that", "shut that, and that" on and on all day long.  Every time I shot down a vexing idea that way, there was immediate relief from what torment he was carrying on.  I would like to make an audio clip for you to hear how it sounded like.  You may request it via email at marcelbelhomme2@gmail.com
I was not expecting that satan would get so unhappy at the relief that this practice gave me…why he took off…or perhaps it was because he got tired  of trying hard to vex me, without getting much done, that he left me alone; he stopped trying to torment me.  Since then, all my moments have become normal.  If this kind of refusing satan's ideas could help others obtain the total cessation of what satan does to disable the life and moments of those who experience this type of harassment (specially as mental patients); perhaps they should also implement this type of spiritual warfare.
Also it pays to become a real follower of Christ, (not, "just a Christian in name only).  They honor me with their mouth, but their heart is far from me" words  of Jesus.  It would also help to carefully read the book WAR ON THE SAINTS, by Jessie Penn Lewis.  It was available at Amazon.  She was just a common church wife, who wanted more than a life hampered with besetting sins.  She reached for the rarely read bible…and eventually received the fullness of the Holy Spirit, who guided her to victorious life against satan.  The forward states that she crafted this important book, through what she suffered through satan making war on her.  I see that everything she had to say, is almost perfect.  Even! where she warns that since evil spirits are now counterfeiting charismatic  phenomenon,  pretending to be the Holy Spirit  (and as I have observed, pretending the work of Holy Angels giving paranormal deceptions (when those works are really the work of evil angels).
She wrote her book in collaboration  with the revivalist Evan Roberts, whose welsh revival ended with satanic infiltration and interference.
I will be presenting  more ideas in a series of YouTube videos intitled: Mental health discussions according to the bible by Marcel Belhomme.  Part 1 is done.

  3. Very informative video. To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming–outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes–Counsellor.
