HOW TO TREAT PERIOD CRAMPS AT HOME

Period cramps medically known as menstrual cramps is a type of throbbing, cramping pain which
affects over 80-85% of women over their lifetime.
The pain may affect many people before and during their periods.
every month, the body of a female prepares itself for a possible pregnancy. It
secretes hormones which thicken the uterus from the inside and cause the ovaries to release an
egg that potentially will be fertilized by a sperm.
When this fertilization doesn’t occur. The hormone levels fall.
Falling hormone levels lead to two things. The thickened uterus is no longer required and a chemical
by the name of prostaglandins gets released in increasing amounts

  4. In my experience potassium usually works very well so I eat bananas. Also fennel is really good for relief in my case (idk why but if you want to try it) and it's fibrous. Make sure to drink plenty of water. I wish you all good health and relief from pain, I know it can hurt really bad. You're not alone, your pain is real and it will pass. Much love. ❤

  6. Ladies, I’ve had periods for 36 years and still having them. The only thing that works no milk or caffeine before cycles and taking IB profin before the cramps start.Vit D taken all month also helps, but I haven’t found a cure.

  7. Please expect an angry virtual community going against you for this insensitive clickbate bs. Those of us who came here were looking for relief from our pain and you offer heating pads.

  8. This was a waste of time. A man telling us something that we already know🌝. Not what I consider the latest content. Not one woman over the age of 12 doesn’t know this.
