For Menstrual Cramps
Ingredients:-
3 tsp. Sesame Seeds
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds

Method:-
Take sesame seeds and cumin seeds and grind into a coarse powder. After grinding soak them in water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, strain the water and eat this mixture with water or jaggery 3-4 days before the commencement of your menstrual cycle.

For Mood Swings:-
Ingredients:-
Parsley/Coriander Leaves
1 tsp. Corainder Seeds
1 Inch Grated Ginger

Method:-
Take a cup of water in a saucepan and add parsley leaves, coriander seeds and ginger to it. Boil this for 10-12 minutes. Once done, strain this water and consume 2-3 times a day or whenever you feel uneasy.

God bless you Mam, you don't know how much it was paining, i stay in hostel far from home i have no friends I was unable to lie or sit down it was so serve first time my eyes filled wit tear i dragged myself n some how manage to make the ginger water in my electric kettle n luckily my mom gave me honey while coming frm home i drink it, now not completely but defiantly a lot lot better..

  6. It works n worked just now too.
    First Boil ginger (kaddu kas kiya hua) in water. N then strain it and then mix honey. That's it. My period cramps reduced to 95%.
