    step 1) Find BMR form internet using your height and weight
    Step 2) BMR+(500-1000 calories)
    Eg. If your BMR = 1800
    Then 1800+(1000)= 2800 calories you have to consume daily
    Step 3) Find from internet that which product wil have how much calories
    Eg. 1 chapati = 90 calories
    Step 4) normally one meal( 3 chapati + sabji + bowl of rice + dal + curd) have approx 500 to 600 calories and hence take 3 meals per day 550*3= 1600-1700 calories
    Step 4)one cup of milk = 100 calories
    one plate of poha/ upma = 180 calories and any one fruits or 1 banana a day have = 100 calories
    Step 5) take supplements of proteins if you need eg. protein x with milk
    Step6) After every 2 hours try to eat so that your overall calories consume goes to 2600-2800 approx which will match your metabolism

    Routine:
    Wake up= 6AM
    milk+ protein = 7.15AM (100+100= 200 Calories)
    Breakfast= 9AM ( 180 calories)
    Morning lunch = 11.30AM ( 500 Calories)
    fruit= 1 PM (100 calories)
    mid day lunch= 3.30 PM ( 600 calories)
    evening snaks= 6.15 PM ( 150 calories)
    night dinner= 9 PM ( 500 Calories)
    sleep = 10.30 PM
