  1. It’s hard for me to eat healthy sometimes . I live with my family . My sister refuses to stop buying junkfood . Also she’s more concerned about the price of a product and doesn’t care about wether it’s good for us or not . She just automatically assumes we won’t be able to afford any healthy alternatives . She also assumes that any healthier alternative will not taste good. If I try to pick something I think might be healthy, she takes it out of the trolley and replaces it with a cheaper version.

  2. Another thing don’t eat until your full, eat until your body is satisfied with your quantity of food. (if you have a disorder eat as much as your body needs not your satisfaction)

  3. I love this. I just have a question about the quality over calories. Don’t you have to eat in a deficit to lose weight? So isn’t counting calories important in that aspect?

  5. Lately I have been not happy with how I eat and how my body looks, and I honestly hope I can actually be more healthy and happy with myself. Bc I try not to care what people think mostly I care about how I view myself. So hopefully I can keep going and trying to be more happy and healthy!

Im 13 and very insecure about my body and weight…I think I’m overweight right now but I’m very upset with myself cause I’ve allowed myself to overeat, gain weight, and just sit around all day with nothing to do.. I’m 150 pounds… I don’t know if that’s normal for me but I’m going to try to lose weight and get myself fit. I’ve been eating home cooked meals with veggies, meats. And rice…i think those are healthy but yes.

  8. A serious question!! What’s a perfect breakfast? Not only what I need but a example! I need my coffee I can take it black with a sugar alternative that’s fine but with what? At home it can be easy but on the road? I struggle with this meal all the time, can’t find a healthy solution on the go!!! Thx 🙏🏻!
