  5. Legit I’m done with feeling the way I am.
    It’s so weird but Ive been exercising and eating meals I like that are healthy for about two months now, and these two months I feel very very well and happy I would say but on the nights Is when it gets scary. Like my mind just plays awful with me. I’ve deleted every single social media app from my phone, still struggle to turn my brain off at night. I don’t really know what to do… I legit love the day and feel totally secure and happy, but when the night reaches, it’s just scary… I don’t want to say it but legit been feeling like I want to take my own life right now… I don’t know what’s happening, and legit feel scared. This week has been the most rough one, I’ve only got at most barely 5 hours of sleep, while my average being 7.5-9.

    Imma start trying journaling and just positive thinking all night long, but if anyone has more tips, they are more than welcomed
