  1. Hi Caroline it seems that i will not be needing the weight loss exercise. I just want to maintain my weight and at the same time lower my HemoglobinA1C further. Thank you so much. I am so happy to discover your no equipment resistance exercise.

  2. I’m very unfit. However I tried to join you but modifying some or most of them, but pushing through by continuing the movement throughout. The most important thing is that I worked my body lungs and heart a bit. However the reading remained the same after the exercise. Does it mean I didn’t do enough?

  3. Just discovered your channel, type 1 diabetic here. I've been finally after soo many long years of unable to get help and treatment for this. Been trying to lose the weight , my S/O purchased me two fitness games and I've been mixing it up between those, these belly dancing workout videos, and now your channel. It is hard to do some of the stuff due to being asmathic and with a knee problem, but they are still very much fun to do.

    For your boxing bit? I was able to take the movement up a few notches thanks to this rhythm boxing game I got. Super fun, thank you so much for having such a nice disposition too! It is working and helping out.
